Delete your Paradigm account

Users can request deletion of their Paradigm account and associated app data.

Delete In The App

1. Open Paradigm.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Open the privacy or account controls.
4. Choose Delete account and follow the confirmation steps.

Request Deletion By Email

If you cannot access the app, email support@welcomeparadigm.com from the email address connected to your Paradigm account and ask for account deletion.

What Is Deleted

Deletion removes account-linked Paradigm profile data, generated sessions, session history, saved reflections, proof actions, Shadow Profile records, dream entries, and generated audio associated with the account.

What May Be Retained

Some provider, app store, billing, security, or legal records may be retained where required. Aggregated analytics that no longer identify a user may also be retained.

Timing

In-app deletion is designed to begin immediately. Email requests are reviewed as soon as possible, typically within 30 days.
