Wellness Scope

Paradigm is a wellness, attention, and self-reflection app. It is not medical care, therapy, crisis support, or a substitute for licensed professional help.

Safety

Do not use Paradigm while driving, operating machinery, or doing anything that requires full external attention. If you feel unsafe, overwhelmed, or in crisis, stop using the app and contact a trusted person, local emergency services, or a qualified professional.

AI-Generated Content

Paradigm uses AI to generate scripts, voice audio, session recommendations, and reflective summaries. AI output can be imperfect. You remain responsible for deciding what is appropriate for your life, body, and circumstances.

Subscriptions

Base, Plus, and Sovereign features may be offered through app store subscriptions or invite-only tester access. Pricing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and billing disputes are handled through the relevant app store unless otherwise stated.

Custom Voice Features

Custom voice features are optional premium features. Users must only submit their own voice or a voice they have explicit rights and permission to use. Paradigm may reject, disable, or delete voice clones that appear unauthorized, unsafe, abusive, or noncompliant with provider rules.

Attention Shield

Attention Shield tools are user-controlled focus features. Users choose whether to grant permissions and can clear shields through in-app controls. Full Shield and deeper device controls are intended for paid tiers.

Acceptable Use

Users may not use Paradigm to create harmful, abusive, illegal, deceptive, or unsafe content. Users may not attempt to reverse engineer, overload, or abuse the service.

Account Deletion

Users may request deletion from Settings or through the account deletion page. Deletion removes account-linked Paradigm data and generated audio, subject to provider and app store records that may need to be retained for legal, billing, or security reasons.
